Intuitive Eating

This book was referred to me by almost every interview I went on with dietitians, therapists, or wellness professionals. This book walks you through a plan to a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. For my research, I mainly utilized the eating styles guide listed near the beginning of the book. These categories of styles of eating were amazing to give a reference for what the participants could see themselves doing.
