Last week, all of the Frisco ISD ISM programs accumulated at the Star in Frisco to present each individual's work from the past semester. This work includes our Original Work, Mentor, and Topic overviews (all of which can be found here on my website). It was an amazing event, filled with students, parents, professionals, and FISD staff. Everyone I interacted with were very encouraging and engaged in what I was working on which is always motivating. Furthermore, the other students are all incredibly bright and I learned a lot just from looking at all they've done. One thing I have learned from this program and the students in it, is that there is no dream too ambitious to be achieved. As this chapter of our work comes to a close, the Final Product is screeching up ahead. Currently, we are just in the planning and brainstorming part of the process however I am very excited for all that is to come with the final product. As of now, my product proposal is surrounded by the idea of an event, preferably a fundraiser event, however the fine details are still being tuned. Nevertheless, this event will be fantastic. Coming up soon we also have another, longer speech taunting me. So as the perfectionist I am, I will get started writing that speech as soon as possible.
