Working is relaxing. It is difficult to be stagnant for too long. Over the spring break, I have very few classwork to complete, shifts at work, or product to be completed. Frankly it’s frustrating not having anything to do. It is nice to get a break from school, but my time needs to be filled in with something else instead of laying in my bed everyday. However, I know this about myself and prepared as much as possible. I set up a meeting with the director of Center for Discovery and settled on a deal to partner with them for Embrace Struggle which is fantastic because I now have painters for my event. Now I just need to order the canvases and meet with Ginger Fox again to finalize the layout and confirm payment. A blessing I am still searching for is still a financial sponsor to help support my efforts to pursue this event. I also need to keep up and increase my advertising of this event in order to ensure a high turnout. In conclusion, this project has been very busy and honestly could be a full time job which makes me so nervous for something to go wrong. Nevertheless, I am excited for the outcomes and relationships that will come out of the entire product experience.
